Read how we handle cookies and personal data: fully transparent, secure and in line with the GDPR.
MarketingConcurrent B.V. (hereinafter: MarketingConcurrent), located at Vendelier 2D, 3905 PA Veenendaal and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 73329908, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
We do not collect more data than necessary to help you. Below we explain what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Questions? E-mail [email protected].
1. Who this policy applies to
This privacy policy applies to visitors of marketingconcurrent.nl and to anyone who contacts us through the website, e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.
For personal data we process on behalf of our clients, for example in their advertising accounts, analytics or e-mail systems, we act as a processor. The agreements in the data processing agreement with that client apply, not this policy.
2. What data we collect and why
Forms on the website
If you fill in a form, for example for a strategy call, a free analysis, the growth scan or the calculator, we ask, depending on the form, for:
- your name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number
- your website and the subject of your question
- for analysis requests also your monthly marketing budget, monthly revenue, target market, target audience and who currently handles your marketing
- your message and the page on which you filled in the form
We use this data to contact you, to prepare and carry out the requested analysis or call, and to draw up a quotation. The legal basis is the performance of the agreements we make with you, or the preparation thereof, and our legitimate interest in following up your request.
Free SEO scan
For the SEO scan we process the URL you enter and the result of the scan. If you request the full report, we also process your e-mail address and telephone number. To prevent abuse, we record per domain how often the scan has been run on a given day. The legal basis is your request to receive the scan and the report.
Contact by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp
If you e-mail, call or message us, we process your contact details and the content of your message in order to respond. WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Messages via WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's terms and privacy policy.
Technical data during a visit
During each visit, our hosting provider processes technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is necessary to keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website.
3. Cookies and similar techniques
On your first visit you will see a cookie banner. Necessary cookies are always on. We only place cookies for statistics and marketing if you give your consent. If you do not make a choice, they remain off. We store your choice in your own browser, not on our server.
Necessary
These remember your cookie choice and your language preference (Dutch or English). No consent is required for this.
Statistics, only with consent
We use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited to measure how the website is used: which pages are visited, through which source visitors arrive and on which device. This helps us improve the website. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Google retains this data for a maximum of 14 months.
Marketing, only with consent
If you consent to marketing cookies, we use the following services to measure whether our advertisements work and to be able to show relevant advertisements:
- Google Ads from Google Ireland Limited, for conversion measurement and remarketing.
- The Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, for conversion measurement and building audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
- The Reddit Pixel from Reddit Inc., to measure whether our ads on Reddit deliver results.
- The OpenAI Ads pixel from OpenAI, to measure whether a visit originates from an advertisement in ChatGPT.
The script of the OpenAI Ads pixel is loaded on every visit, but is set to no consent until you accept marketing cookies. Without your consent, the pixel does not collect any data about your visit.
Google, Meta, Reddit and OpenAI may process data in the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Fonts
We load the fonts of this website via Google Fonts. In doing so, Google receives your IP address. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in a consistent display of the website.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time. To do so, click this link: reopen cookie settings. You can also delete cookies via your browser settings.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with parties we need to keep the website running and to follow up your request, or if the law requires us to do so. We conclude a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf.
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) processes the submissions of our forms and forwards them to us. The transfer to the United States is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

- Google Analytics retains user data for a maximum of 14 months.
- Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a short, fixed period for security and troubleshooting.
- Your cookie choice remains in your browser until you delete or change it yourself.
6. Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only employees who need your data for their work have access to it. Parties that process data on our behalf are contractually bound to confidentiality and security.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have incorrect data corrected
- have your data deleted
- have the processing restricted
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- receive your data in a common file format in order to transfer it

Send your request to [email protected]. We respond within one month. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data or your request? Let us know first, so we can find a solution together. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Automated decision-making and minors
We do not make decisions about you based on automated processing. Advertising audiences via Google, Meta, Reddit or OpenAI are only formed after your consent for marketing cookies. Our website and services are aimed at businesses and not at persons under the age of 16.
9. Changes
